I adjusted the knots for better fit, and it’s been great for full yoga sessions—not just stretching. It really supports deeper poses and feels incredibly sturdy.     I was genuinely impressed by the quality of this yoga swing. Setup was easy—thanks to my husband doing the hard part! I’m 5'7", 200 lbs, and it’s held up perfectly over two months of use. The parachute material is strong and lightweight, with excellent stitching. I love the adjustable anti-gravity straps—they’ve definitely helped me out of a few “oops” moments. I did need separate ceiling hardware, but when I had a minor strap issue, the seller responded immediately and sent a replacement with a handwritten note. Great product and amazing service—highly recommended!
